Took my children and my nephew to their first appointment here today, everyone was very welcoming! Owain and Jo were... amazing with them all and even gave the time to explain everything in detail, my nephew was very anxious to have a turn but after Owain spoke with him he felt at ease! I have always had a bit of a fear of the dentist, due to a lot of orthodontic treatment as a child. However, at Castle... Court I always feel as relaxed as it's possible for me to feel as I know I'm in safe hands. Owain recently coated all of the insides of my teeth with composite. A very lengthy and at times, uncomfortable process. I was in the chair for 6 hours! He explained everything and was as kind and patient as you'd hope for.I can totally recommend Castle Court Dental Care to anyone. I've gone there for over 50 years, and do not have a single negative thing to say about them!read more

We are so so happy with our experience of Castle Court Dental Care, my daughters teeth were literally transformed by... Caryl. The smiles that we have had since the completion of her orthodontic work have been amazing. The expertise, information, care and service we had from the team was brilliant, always super friendly, and my daughter was always the put at the centre of the process. Dr Caryl is a great and cool orthodontist. I had Invisalign Aligners fitted by Dr Carly, and Rachel her assistant.Dr... Caryl made me feel very welcome, and she explained to me and my parents in simple words what she was going to do. I have loved being her patient and my smile and confidence is now back. I was a really bad snorer. I had tried lots of different remedies/positions/treatments/sprays/strips to try and stop... but none of them worked. I came to Castle Court and was fitted with a bespoke dental night guard and it has genuinely changed my life. I no longer snore. I am cured! I can now go to sleep each night and not worry about the disturbance I am going to cause. On top of that, the staff here are brilliant. I was treated by Dr Wilson-Nagrani, she was supportive and offered helpful advice throughout. I can't recommend both Castle Court and the dental night guard strongly enough.read more

Received excellent service from Mr Owain Bevan who went above normal practice to help my wife who was suffering with... neuralgia. He arranged contact for my wife with a consultant at Heath hospital and liaised with my wife the following day even though it was his day off. All staff at the surgery provide excellent service.read more

Some of the staff are friendly. Though the dentist I went to see refused to do the treatment I needed because he found... it "morally wrong" (it was literally just capping a tooth) but instead suggested a procedure that would not only take a year minimum but also cost over £5K!I think it's morally wrong to refuse treatment for the sole purposes of generating more money. So I wont go back and I wouldn't recommend itread more

I hadn't visited my regular dentist for over 5 years, and they couldn't see me when I enquired as they are not taking... on new clients. I knew I was badly in need of a little care and repair work on my teeth so I had to find a new dentist. I asked for recommendations on social media and Castle Court was mentioned a number of times in glowing terms (along with others nearer to me in Penarth, but parking is a major issue in Penarth which is a deal breaker for me) so I rang Castle Court and from the moment I spoke to the lovely receptionist I felt I had made a good choice.They were able to fit me in for a check up quite quickly, and after a thorough examination and xrays I was given recommendations for treatment options, and a quotation so I could plan my dental care spend (and my anxiety burden) over the coming weeks/months. They also offered a regular care subscription plan which made the treatment extremely affordable, so I opted to go for that.I have now completed my treatments and I could not be happier. The staff are super polite and professional, the premises are spanking clean, and my new dentist put me at ease from the outset. Explained everything he was doing, was gentle, reassuring, efficient, and kind. Ahhhhh, no more anxiety for me! Thank you so much Castle Court Dental Care!read more

I needed an emergency dental appointment for a broken tooth and Lauren the receptionist was very helpful, she found me... an appointment for the same day. Maggi the dentist and her assistant ( sorry I don't know her name) were friendly, professional, efficient and helpful. Thanks so much ! So pleased to have found castle Court! Having had an extreme dentist phobia for many years seeing Dr Gibson and lovely... dental nurse Mickey for an emergency appointment has been a world apart from my previous experiences, they both helped me through slightly hysterical moments and walked me through everything they were doing which made me much calmer. While I can't claim to be magically cured of my phobia I certainly feel much less anxious about returningread more

It’s a dentists so you need to be reasonable with your expectations, they drill holes in your teeth and put their... fingers in your mouth BUT they’re so nice and friendly that you don’t really mind and I’ve never been in pain when having treatment. They’re also great with kids which is always a bonus, overall a really nice dental practice.read more

It was with a sore heart that I couldn't accompany my daughter to her first dentist appointment in our new country. Her... father took her while I was at work. All my fretting was for nothing. From the receptionists to the lovely Eifon Roberts the experience was nothing short of a five star hotel. Having done some research of local dentists, I opted for Dr Eifion Roberts at Castle Court Dental Care, not least... because he came highly recommended by a friend of mine. From the outset I knew I’d made the right choice. The care and attention given to me as a patient was first class. The dental work required was quite extensive, but at all times I felt I was in safe hands and I’m so pleased with the final results. I couldn’t be happier. Really friendly, helpful reception staff and clinical staff. I’ve had treatment with Baz who is always patient with me... (I was very nervous previously, not so now since being treated by him), explains everything thoroughly and also shows you and explains the computerised results (X-rays etc.). I always come away from appointments feeling well informed after receiving the best service. I highly recommend 😊read more

I can't say enough about Castle Court dentist. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and they put me at ease from... my very first visit. My dentist, EIfion, actually took the talk to me before any examination took place and made sure my dental plan was the right one for me. I no longer dread going to the dentist and I have never been happier with my treatment. Their monthly payment plan is really reasonable and I would thoroughly recommend.read more

I would rate highly recommend Castle Court Dental Care to anyone!! I was on my way to a friend’s wedding and suddenly... got unbearable toothache. I saw Baz and he diagnosed the problem straight away. He laid out the options available to me clearly and helped me with the one I picked. I used to dread going to the dentist. In fact I avoided going for years. When I finally had no choice, I found my local dentist, Castle Court, and booked an appointment with Maggie. I shouldn’t have worried, Castle Court have been brilliant. From reception to dentist’s drill, they make you feel relaxed and welcome. I’ve not felt any pain from the dental work or needles and the work has been first class. Highly recommended.
